Order Processing Time

Orders typically take 2–5 business days to be produced before shipping.

Processing time may be longer during:

  • Holidays

  • Sales or product launches

  • High order volume periods

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email.

Estimated Shipping Times

Canada

Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days

United States

Estimated delivery: 4–9 business days

International

Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days

At ToastyTrees, we provide free shipping to our customers.

Multiple Packages

Some orders may arrive in separate packages. This happens when items are produced in different facilities.

You will receive tracking for each shipment.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:
