Thank you for shopping with ToastyTrees. Because our products are made-to-order and fulfilled by our production partner, we have a limited return and refund policy.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Made-to-Order Products
All items are custom printed and made to order when you place your order. This means we do not keep inventory and we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Wrong size ordered

Colour expectation differences

Change of mind after ordering
We strongly recommend checking the size charts and product descriptions before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives:

Misprinted

Incorrect (wrong item or size sent)
We will gladly provide a free replacement or full refund.
To request a replacement or refund
Email us at toastytrees0@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with:

A clear photo of the product

A brief description of the issue
Once approved, we will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit:

Please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will work with Printful to investigate and send a replacement if confirmed lost.
Note: Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer may not be eligible for replacement.
Returns & Exchanges
Because items are made to order, we do not offer traditional returns or size exchanges.
If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before ordering and we’ll be happy to help.
